Head/Brain Injury - Knocked down in his prime

At the age of just 17, Jack was involved in a road accident which resulted in serious brain injuries. Within months it became clear that Jack was likely to need care for the rest of his life and that it was unlikely that he would ever be able to work

Having been appointed shortly after the accident we were able to secure an early interim payment from the insurance company, which enabled the family to appoint a specialist case manager who helped put in place an intensive rehabilitation programme for Jack.
