Injury at Work - Two broken legs
John S, 41, was unloading timber at the yard where he worked.
Part of the job involved stacking sheets of plywood on a rack
30 feet off the ground. Unfortunately, whilst moving a sheet into
place he lost his balance, fell backwards and down into the back
of the truck he was unloading.
Car Accident - Tailgater in fog
Mia V, a 53 year old nurse, was a passenger in a Ford Sierra which
ran into the back of the car in front in foggy conditions on the
M4.

Mrs S, aged 52, was on her way to visit her sister when she tripped
